Ralph M. Sherman, Esq. has been practicing law since 1988 and is licensed in both the State of Michigan and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He is licensed before numerous US District and Circuit Courts of Appeals, as well as the Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the United States.
He is an expert in securities laws and regulations and regularly speaks to real estate investors across the United States about raising investment capital in SEC compliance. He has worked with business owners, entrepreneurs and others to raise funds utilizing crowd funding techniques at the state and federal level, and formerly represented a business incubator in the Soviet Union, Russia and Cyprus. He has a patent pending on a unique capital-raising technique for raising funds from both accredited and non-accredited investors. Mr. Sherman was previously appointed by Michigan Governor Rick Snyder to serve on a commission to reinvent regulations for licensing requirements for dozens of occupations.

For over 20 years Mr. Vogel has secured investor financing for real estate projects and operated, developed and built many real estate projects in both south Eastern Michigan and South Florida. Combined these are valued in excess of $100 Million in transactions.
His expertise and years of real estate experience also include the aqusition of vacant land, land planing, project conception, land developement, development of single family communities, development of multifamily communities, construction, rehab projects as well as various commercial developements. With his vast knowdge of real estate, land developement and construction. Throughout his 20 years of involvement in every aspect of the real esate industry, he has been able to realize the inefficiencies and inadequacies in the process and system. Thus, Matthew aims to harness his wealth of experience to giude and build the future of Pure Crowd Capital. Matthew holds a BS in Finance and Minor in Accounting and Economics from the University of Detroit, Detroit Michigan.
